We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to service your account, for example troubleshooting telecommunications problems. We also make some information available via the www.caring-steps.com web site. This information is entered by and controlled by you.

We use the information you provide about your clients for the www.caring-steps.com web site and to assist your callers.

We use return email addresses and/or phone numbers to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with our partners. For example, we may publicize that we have specific number of clients in a certain state or we serve a certain percentage of funeral homes in an area. We also collection information about how users access and use our site in order to improve our web site as well as for data integrity and accountability.
